If you select check payment, the shipping charges (UPS, FedEx Ground or LTL trucking) will be collect. How do I check the Status of my Order?

Proceed to the Order Tracking/History section and input your User and Password information. Your order and current status will de displayed. It will show you if the credit card or lease has been approved, or if the check has been received. Once the item is shipped, the information is posted. If shipped by UPS or FedEx the shipping details will be shown to allow you to track your order.

What do I do if I need Spare Parts?

We only supply spare parts for those New Machines and Accessories that we have sold directly to you. Please contact us by phone, email or fax. We will supply the requested item as soon as possible if under warranty. If out of warranty, you will be advised of the price and be requested to purchase the item.

What do I do if I need Service?
